No passwords to hand over
You sign in to InvoicifyAI yourself. Muse never sees your password, you see exactly what it is asking for, and you can disconnect it any time from Settings.
Only your business, only your role
Muse sees your company's records and nothing else. If you are a viewer in InvoicifyAI, Muse is a viewer too. Every change it makes is logged under your name.
Read and write access stays separate
Muse can use only the scopes you approve. Creating, sending, and recording payment remain separate permissions, so one does not silently grant another.

Before you connect
Can I use it from WhatsApp?
Yes. Connect Muse to InvoicifyAI once, then ask in the Muse app or in your WhatsApp chat with Muse. Both use the same connection and the same permissions.
Which InvoicifyAI plan do I need?
Every InvoicifyAI plan can connect an AI assistant, including the free trial. If your subscription ends, existing connections stay listed in Settings so you can still disconnect them.
Can Muse send invoices or record payments on its own?
No. When you connect, you approve which permissions Muse can use, and creating, sending, and recording a payment are separate permissions. InvoicifyAI also tells Muse to show you a summary and get your confirmation in the chat before every send or payment. Every change is logged under your name.
What can Muse see?
Only what InvoicifyAI returns for your requests, limited to your company and your role. How your conversations are stored is covered by the privacy settings of the AI app you use.
How do I disconnect Muse?
In InvoicifyAI, open Settings, then Integrations, and choose Disconnect. Access ends right away, and changes already made stay in InvoicifyAI. Owners can also disconnect a teammate's connection.
