We keep our refund policy simple and transparent. Here's everything you need to know:

1. Monthly Plans

  • Cancel anytime through your dashboard
  • No refunds for partial months or unused time
  • Keep using InvoicifyAI until your period ends

Example: If you cancel on the 15th, you'll have access until your next billing date.

2. Trials, Upgrades & Downgrades

14-Day Trial

  • You are not billed during the 14-day trial; cancel before it ends to avoid the first monthly charge.
  • If a charge posts in error during the trial, contact us and we will reverse it.
  • Trials convert to paid plans automatically at the published monthly rate unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Plan Changes

  • Upgrades: Take effect immediately with prorated charges for the remainder of the current cycle.
  • Downgrades: Apply at the next billing cycle; we do not issue refunds for unused time on higher tiers.
  • Overages or usage-based add-ons are billed per plan rules and are non-refundable once consumed.

3. Special Cases

Critical Technical Issues:

If a confirmed outage or defect prevents you from using the Service and we cannot resolve it promptly, contact us within 7 days. We'll credit or compensate you where required by applicable law or our SLA commitments.

Payment Processing:

Stripe handles all payments. Their policies apply alongside ours.

Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges:

Report unexpected charges to us first at support@invoicifyai.com. We can often resolve issues faster than going through your bank. If we confirm a duplicate or fraudulent charge, we'll reverse or credit it right away.

5. Request a Refund

If You Believe a Billing Error Occurred:

  2. Subject: "Billing Issue - [Your Company]"
  3. Include:
    • Your account email
    • Subscription type (monthly)
    • Description of the billing issue
    • Any supporting details

⏱️ We respond within 2 business days. If a correction is required, credits are issued to the original payment method; Stripe typically processes them within 5–10 business days.

Reminder: Stripe's dispute process may take longer—contact us first so we can assist directly.

6. Legal & Regional Requirements

We honor consumer protection laws that apply to you. Certain jurisdictions (including Ontario, EU/EEA, UK, and California) may grant additional rights to refunds or cooling-off periods. If local law requires a refund despite this policy, we will comply.
