Subscription Plans
What subscription plans do you offer?
We offer three subscription plans tailored to different business needs:
- Starter ($99 USD/month): AI Receptionist for inbound calls, core invoicing, estimates, receipts, expenses, reporting, Document Hub, receipt scanning, and 200 AI voice minutes.
- Pro ($149 USD/month): Everything in Starter plus CRM, AI Advisor with 50 monthly queries, 1 outbound Voice Agent for Invoice Collection, and 400 AI voice minutes.
- Business ($199 USD/month): Full AI front desk and revenue follow-through with 4 outbound Voice Agents, AI Advisor with 100 monthly queries, and 800 AI voice minutes.

AI Receptionist is included in Starter, Pro, and Business. Included AI voice minutes apply across AI Receptionist and any enabled outbound Voice Agents. Trials require a card, and paid-cycle usage beyond the included AI voice minutes is billed automatically per minute unless an owner limit pauses usage.
How does AI Receptionist pricing work?
AI Receptionist is included in every plan: Starter starts at $99 USD/month with 200 AI voice minutes, Pro is $149 USD/month with 400 AI voice minutes, and Business is $199 USD/month with 800 AI voice minutes. Included AI voice minutes apply across AI Receptionist and any enabled outbound Voice Agents. Extra paid-cycle usage is billed per minute after included minutes with owner-controlled overage limits. AI Receptionist covers inbound service-call intake, booking or callback routing, and reception rules. Business also includes 4 outbound Voice Agents.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New workspaces can start a 7-day free trial with a payment method on file. Your subscription is not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then. A card is required because each plan includes AI voice access and usage controls from the start.
Can I change my plan later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll have immediate access to new features. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
Payment & Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
We support card-based billing through Stripe, including major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can manage the default card on file from Settings β Subscription β Payment Methods.
When will I be charged?
Your subscription is billed monthly on the same date you initially subscribed. For example, if you subscribe on the 15th, you'll be charged on the 8th of each month. Your first charge occurs after your 7-day trial ends.
Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?
No setup fees or hidden subscription charges. Your plan includes the features listed for that tier, including its Document Hub storage allowance and included AI quotas. The main optional extras today are AI Advisor top-ups and paid AI voice overage after your included plan minutes.
Do you offer annual billing?
We only offer monthly billing to provide maximum flexibility.
Cancellation & Refunds
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Simply go to Account Settings β Subscription β Cancel Plan. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export everything you need. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted from our servers. You can always reactivate your account within this period.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't provide refunds for monthly subscriptions or unused time. Cancel anytime in your dashboardβif you cancel during the 7-day trial you won't be billed. AI Advisor top-ups are one-time purchases and are not refundable once consumed. If you spot a duplicate charge, unauthorized transaction, or critical outage, email support@invoicifyai.com within 7 days so we can correct it. See our Refund Policy for details.
Account Management
How do I update my payment information?
You can update your payment method anytime in Settings β Subscription β Payment Methods. Add a new card or update existing card details securely through our Stripe integration.
Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling?
Currently, we don't offer subscription pausing. However, you can cancel and resubscribe later. Remember, you'll have 30 days to reactivate and restore your data after cancellation.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, we'll retry a few times over the next week and send you email notifications. Your account remains active during this grace period. If payment continues to fail, your account will be temporarily suspended until payment is resolved.
AI Features & Usage
What are AI voice agents and deal intelligence?
AI voice agents are automated phone calls made by our AI to handle tasks like inbound reception, lead qualification, proposal follow-ups, invoice collection, and customer feedback. AI deal intelligence continuously analyzes your opportunities, providing health scores, risk detection, executive summaries, and recommendations.
Which plans include AI features?
AI features are available based on your plan:
- Starter Plan: AI Receptionist, receipt scanning, Document Hub AI search/chat, and core operations
- Pro Plan: Full CRM + AI Advisor (50 monthly queries) + AI Receptionist + 1 outbound Voice Agent for Invoice Collection
- Business Plan: Full AI platform - AI Receptionist, 4 outbound Voice Agents, AI Advisor (100 monthly queries), and AI Deal Intelligence
All plans include AI-powered receipt scanning for expenses with machine learning.
Are there limits on AI features?
Yes. Document Hub AI search & chat is plan-based (Starter: 100/month, Professional: 500/month, Business: 2,000/month). AI voice calls, transcripts, and analytics continue to follow the product's normal subscription, included-minute, overage-limit, and fair-use rules. AI Advisor is metered separately: Pro includes 50 monthly queries and Business includes 100.
How do AI Advisor top-ups work?
AI Advisor top-ups are available on Professional and Business as optional one-time purchases. They do not unlock extra product features; they only add more AI Advisor query volume. The current packs are 250 additional queries for $19 or 600 additional queries for $39. Your default payment method is charged immediately when you buy a top-up, and purchased top-up queries expire 12 months after purchase.
Who can buy AI Advisor top-ups?
Only the account owner can purchase AI Advisor top-ups, and a default payment method must already be on file. Billing History will show the top-up purchase and receipt alongside subscription invoices.
What's the difference between CRM plans and invoicing-only?
Starter is focused on the AI front desk plus core operations and does not include CRM. Pro and Business include our full CRM platform:
- Lead management and pipeline tracking
- Opportunity management with stages
- Deal health scoring and analytics
- Activity timeline and client history
- BANT qualification and scoring
- AI-powered insights and recommendations (Business plan)
Security & Compliance
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely! We never store your credit card information on our servers. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor trusted by millions of businesses worldwide.
Can I get invoices for my subscription?
Yes! You'll receive a detailed invoice via email after each payment. You can also access all your invoices and payment history in Account Settings β Subscription β Billing History. That same Billing History view also includes AI Advisor top-up purchases and their receipts.
Do you offer tax exemptions?
If you're tax-exempt, please contact our support team with your tax exemption certificate. We'll update your account to remove applicable taxes from future charges.

Note: Response times are calculated during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST). Requests received outside business hours will be addressed the next business day.
